Leadership
Javier A. Rodriguez
Javier is the Founder of The Coban Group. Javier has 10+ years of experience acquiring, advising, and operating businesses. He has advised on over $6 billion of M&A and capital markets transactions. He currently leads M&A and Investments at GoBrands, a global e-commerce company. Previously, he was an Investment Banker at both Morgan Stanley and Houlihan Lokey in New York where he led private and public company M&A and funding transactions. He started his career at Intel Corp where he led development in Intel’s highest-growth businesses. Javier obtained his BA in Business Finance at the University of Washington and his MBA at the University of Chicago. He resides with his family in Miami, FL.
